sdk: remove redundant double semicolons

• Normalize two ;; to a single ; in ZSClient.

Thanks for the cleanup!
This change only removes the redundant semicolons in fillNonQueryApiRequestBuilder and does not alter the behavior. The diff looks straightforward.
We’ll include it in our internal review and validation workflow, then synchronize the accepted change back to the public repository while preserving your authorship.
Once the public commit is available, we’ll update this PR with the commit link. If GitHub does not automatically mark it as merged, we’ll close it with the merged-internal label.
