Task 2 Solution Advice;
Mobile Side:
Can be implementing custom list view for news has image, title and short description about news. Latest first and scrolling pagination.
API Side:
Can be implementing CDN for images/videos etc. Can be using cosmosDB or any nosql db (mongo couch etc.) and send push notification when new news added.
