Adds a new Zcash Tech wiki page explaining what a public block explorer can and cannot see about Zcash transactions, including why fully shielded (z to z) activity is invisible from outside the pool. Follows the style guide with a Resources section and Related Pages, and complements the existing Viewing Keys page.
