Submission for ZecHub Hackathon 3.0, Accounting track.
ZecLedger is a read-only command-line tool for accounting on shielded Zcash funds. It works from a viewing key, never a spending key, so it reads shielded transaction history and produces cost-basis reports, reconciliation, payment requests, and privacy checks, while being unable to move funds. It fills a real gap: existing crypto accounting tools assume a transparent chain they can read, which does not work for shielded ZEC.
Verified against Zcash mainnet with a real viewing key.
