Summary

Graft of personal scrimshawlife-ctrl/Hyperlex main (#102 reconciliation + #103 name_gate yes) onto the org mirror. No force-push. Same pattern as #14.

• Danny flip name_gate: name_gate=true for pin seed-morph78 (amendment A6). That pin may be called Hyperlexical.
• morph78 PROMOTE_BEST: broad OBSERVED 0.9883 > morph65 0.8867 n=256 + trained E2 PASS.
• Card/package IDs stay hyperlex-encoder-*. Hub not published. T13 not authorized.

Preserved (org-only)

• LICENSE / LICENSE_POLICY.md (Zero State Proprietary), AGENTS.md, org .github SDLC
• Org README (Proprietary badge/section); only its Naming paragraph updated
• STATUS.md org-mirror note kept at top

Not grafted

• JSON receipt evidence: org .gitignore excludes *.json. The Markdown receipts are included, and the JSON evidence stays on the personal repo.
• hf-package/README.md (frontmatter declares apache-2.0; conflicts with org Proprietary license)
• Full Spec 007 pack (spec.md, u3-recipe.md, etc.) and scripts/shadow/: the org mirror is not the train SoT

Validation (local)

• mkdocs build --strict after org docs.yml sync steps: PASS
• pytest: 303 passed, 1 failed. The same failure occurs on org main without this graft: test_analyze_and_validate_schema compares VERSION 0.4.2 against a sandbox-installed 0.4.0 package. CI is authoritative.
