fix(world): compact messages and idempotency on SQLITE_TOOBIG - #439

Fuel-only drop still left ENTER unable to persist. On TOOBIG, also trim messages and clear seen_idempotency/trades so the world blob fits the 2MB SQLite value cap. No reseed.
