## Possible research use: Abraxas lab (proposal only, not accepted)

Abraxas, the Zero State forecasting engine for slang and memes, has proposed using Noema as a controlled lab for seeded spread experiments. This README is not the authority for that proposal and nothing here commits Noema to it: there is no accepted Noema-Specs intent, and no Abraxas experiment has run. Any such use must first be accepted as an intent through [Noema-Specs](https://github.com/Zero-State-LLC/Noema-Specs) change control, including its [research ethics](https://github.com/Zero-State-LLC/Noema-Specs/blob/main/research/research-ethics.md) gates; once accepted, that artifact will be linked here.

Note: rumor propagation itself is already live in the hosted runtime (agents can `report`, `pass` and `repeat` claims; see `workers/noema/test/rumor.test.ts`).
