Summary

Do not merge until approved. This moves the other 24 pages onto the Observatory system you picked on #53. It builds on #55 (the Surveillance Survivor title-screen image), so its first two commits are #55's. Merge #55 first, or merge this alone to take both.

  • Products, skills, client, community, HexWire media kit: each page opens with the entry's symbol on its orbit beside the title. The evidence image sits framed beneath, then "What it is" / "In short".
  • Work and Products: every entry as symbol, name, posture and evidence thumbnail, grouped, with the client and community notes kept.
  • Philosophy, about, contact, privacy, terms: long documents, with an "On this page" rail on the longer ones.
  • Shared: site.css / site.js now carry the nav, footer and motion for every page. Clicking a symbol carries it into the next page's hero (browser view transitions; skipped under reduced motion).
  • Your notes, applied everywhere: no Apple or NVIDIA marks anywhere, and your local-intelligence wording is untouched.

Copy, alt text and link targets are extracted from the live pages, not retyped. A scripted diff finds none missing across all 24 pages.

Preview: https://raw.githack.com/Zero-State-LLC/Zero-State/site-observatory-rollout/work.html (one click on githack's notice).

Legacy files

Deleted at the owner's request (Luna, 2026-10-05): styles-light.css, styles.css, color-pass.css, products/dark-product.css. Nothing links them. styles-dark.css stays because the validator asserts it exists. script.js and script-home.js are also unlinked and left in place for now.

Testing performed

  • npm test: PASS (23 pages; assertions untouched).
  • No horizontal overflow at 320 px on 10 pages covering every template; home, dossier, and Work checked at 375 and 1440 px.
  • Copy diff against the live pages: 0 missing lines, alt texts, or link targets.

Related issue or project item

Follows #53; builds on #55.

Collaboration checklist

  • Added or updated tests (n/a: the validator covers these pages; no assertions changed)
  • Updated documentation if needed (design.md marked adopted, AGENTS/README file roles, CHANGELOG, Hallmark log)
  • Added the appropriate labels
  • Checked the linked GitHub Project item
  • Requested review from the Partner Agents team when appropriate

Replace the legacy pixel-art hero with the reboot's own title surface:
SS-runtime App/Assets.xcassets shell_title_backdrop + shell_wordmark,
composed with the same top-to-horizon scrim TitleView.swift uses. Same
file path, so the home readout, work, marketing, and product pages all
pick it up; alt text now describes the new image.

Also tidy after the owner's edits on #53: drop the unused .nvidia-logo
rule and reword the Hallmark log brief (Apple/NVIDIA marks removed).

Danny chose direction A on #53. This moves the other 24 public pages onto
the same system:

- Dossier (products, skills, client, community, HexWire media kit): the
entry's symbol on its orbit beside the title, the evidence image framed
  beneath, then the story.
- Catalogue (Work, Products overview): symbol, posture, and evidence for
every entry, grouped, with the client and community notes kept.
- Long document (philosophy, about, contact, privacy, terms): quiet rail
listing the sections on longer pages.

Copy, alt text, and link targets are extracted from the live pages and
carried over verbatim (scripted diff: 0 missing across 24 pages).
Shared chrome moves into site.css / site.js (nav morph, footer, motion,
cross-page view transitions); home.css / home.js keep only the home.
Product pages keep the footer without a GitHub link (validator rule).

Legacy styles-light.css, styles.css, color-pass.css, script.js,
script-home.js, products/dark-product.css are now unlinked but left in
place pending owner approval; styles-dark.css stays for the validator.

Verified: npm test PASS; no overflow at 320 px on 10 representative
pages across all templates; home and dossiers checked at 375/1440.

Remove styles-light.css, styles.css, color-pass.css, and
products/dark-product.css. After the Observatory rollout no public,
hidden, or concept page links them. styles-dark.css stays because the
validator asserts it exists.

- The black behind "See clearly. Build deliberately." carries live TV
static (SVG noise stepped at ~11 fps, scanlines), which clears in a
circle around the mark when the section comes into view.
- The mark acquires its signal (blurred and jittering, then sharp), then
floats slowly inside orbit rings: the outer ring turns on its own, the
inner ring turns with scroll on wider screens.
- Reduced motion: static and mark hold still; the mark shows sharp.
- Fix: the mark rendered stretched (144x640) because images kept their
height attribute when narrowed. site.css now sets img { height: auto }.

YouTube @zer0state_studio and TikTok @zer0state3 (both confirmed by the
owner), after X in the footer on all 25 pages, and in the home's JSON-LD
sameAs list.

@scrimshawlife-ctrl ready for you to validate. This is the Observatory rollout to every page, plus Luna's follow-ups since #53:

  • All 24 inner pages on the Observatory system (product/skill dossiers, Work and Products catalogues, long-form legal and about pages). Copy, alt text, and links are carried over verbatim.
  • "See clearly. Build deliberately." now has live static on the black that clears around the mark. The mark resolves from a blurred signal, then floats inside turning rings. This also fixes the mark rendering stretched.
  • YouTube (@zer0state_studio) and TikTok (@zer0state3) in every footer.
  • Unused legacy stylesheets deleted. styles-dark.css stays for the validator.
  • Includes Surveillance Survivor: use the current build's title screen #55 (Surveillance Survivor's current title-screen image). Merge Surveillance Survivor: use the current build's title screen #55 first, or just this one.

Preview: https://raw.githack.com/Zero-State-LLC/Zero-State/site-observatory-rollout/index.html (one click on githack's notice). npm test passes. Nothing goes live until you approve and merge.

Carries the WIP labels and approximate release windows onto the
redesigned Work page. Surveillance Survivor and HexWire keep their
validator-required posture wording with the window appended (main
dropped it, so main's npm test fails; this restores a passing build).

@scrimshawlife-ctrl heads-up: Luna asked for this to go live before your review, so it was admin-merged and is now deployed (#55 merged along with it). It also carries the WIP release windows from #57/#58 onto the new Work page. Surveillance Survivor and HexWire keep the posture wording the validator requires, with the window appended. #58 had dropped that wording, so main was failing npm test; it passes again. Still happy to take any changes you want as a follow-up.
