Summary

  • add Pawl as a Zero State product entry with Danny's supplied public copy
  • add a generated ratchet/gate hero asset and portfolio cards
  • link the public page to PyPI only; the Pawl GitHub repository remains private
  • add Pawl 0.2.0 as the site's ratcheted validation gate around npm test

Verification

  • npm test
  • pawl check --skip-preflight --lock
  • workflow YAML parse check

Notes

The Pawl guard flags the newly added protected gate files for human review, as expected. No GitHub branch protection or required-check settings were changed.

Derived from each repo's roadmap/kanban evidence (docs/roadmap-20261006-v3 branches), not fabricated. Framed as approx, not committed ship dates.

Reviewed by z0D. Not merging this one: it conflicts with main (work.html, marketing.html), and its Pawl page links styles-dark.css / dark-product.css, which main deleted in the Observatory rollout, so it would have gone live unstyled. The same content is ported onto current main in #61 (npm test and pawl check pass). Suggest closing #60 as superseded once #61 is reviewed. Workflow hashes and action pins in pawl.yml were verified against PyPI / GitHub.
