Scope

• Publish the already validated unified 2.5.4-rc.6 / 20261003.4 delivery.
• Add Develop/Push storage-failure, interrupted-save, retry and multi-window preservation coverage; include it in the default WebKit suite.
• Extend the manual runtime observation tool with configurable duration, four scenarios, GC samples, browser/source identifiers and partial reports.
• Archive the actual 30m17s observation (56 settings cycles, 13 simulated visibility cycles) and align maintenance indexes with the current delivery.
• Keep all established animation, appearance, calculation and widget layout unchanged. No Release or tags.

Local validation

• quality:local: Edge 176 passed; WebKit 106 passed.
• Release: Python 6 + Node 14 passed; widget 13 passed.
• README 3 + documentation 9 passed; 116-file catalog and internal links valid.
• Repeated build: all six delivery/manifest/checksum files identical on both runs.
• Runtime observation: no page errors, accumulating nodes/listeners, hidden drawing or duplicate grid callback.
• Manual: previously reviewed 40 pages and 12 original images retained; regeneration did not alter checksum content.

Evidence boundaries

The initial Linux WebKit run exposed three native hit-test failures after synthetic suspension/rotation. The assertion helper now resumes native rendering before bounded polling; it does not scroll or weaken geometry, clipping or hit-test requirements. Local rechecks passed: WebKit 28 (two repetitions), Edge 14. Product files remain unchanged. The latest commit must pass all remote gates again.

Simulated visibility and clock gaps do not constitute new iPhone/iPad or real overnight acceptance. Real overnight acceptance remains paused. Remote checks and Pages verification must be completed independently of local results.
