1. Proper ICC ZONE_MODIFIER coefficients depending on ICC buff spellID, on ZONE_CHANGED_NEW_AREA and ZONE_CHANGED_INDOORS events 2. Proper downranking for low level PowerWord:Shield spells 3. Better Base and SpellPower scaling coefficients for PowerWord:Shield (not ideal, cuz it can't be done with current implementation, but... much closer to reality)
