Context
PR #857 reimplements the Moonshot provider with a dynamic model picker, a "Refresh Models" button, and support for selecting both international (api.moonshot.ai) and Mainland China (api.moonshot.cn) base URLs.
The existing documentation on Zoo-Code-Org/Zoo-Code-Docs (specifically docs/providers/moonshot.md) needs to be updated once PR #857 is merged to align with the shipped behavior.

Please update the documentation to cover:
- Choosing between
api.moonshot.ai and api.moonshot.cn base URLs.
- The model picker being dynamically populated via the "Refresh Models" flow, rather than being a static list.
- The current Kimi K2 model lineup (
kimi-k2.5, kimi-k2.6, kimi-k2.7-code, kimi-k2.7-code-highspeed) and their capabilities (context window, multimodal support).
This issue serves as a tracker in the main repo to ensure the docs are updated. A corresponding issue has also been opened in the docs repository: Zoo-Code-Org/Zoo-Code-Docs#12
