Overall UI Changes

• Added a unified navbar
• Added a docs page for future scalability on home page
• Removed all instances of Admin pages from public view. Now only accessible through /admin expansion in the url.
• Changed background to zinc-950 in tailwind color pallete
• Changed from sky blue text accent to #fb0000 red accent
• All links are now displayed in red.
• The logo of the application is now displayed on the navbar.
