i saw the linux branch was out of date so i attempted this update, let me know if anything looks wrong

i merged main into linux, fixed the stale signatures and regenerated the dumps.

i have not tested the dump itself with a program that would use them, but i did verify the updated signatures against the running process.

note on AI usage: most of the merge conflicts were solved with the help of AI

this is for linux, if you want to use it on windows go to the original repo's main branch

I use this .exe file https://github.com/a2x/cs2-dumper/releases/tag/0.1.3 for windows and it throws me this errors
