The Environment Lab's pinned NGINX fixture now contains a fixed-high
libexpatfinding. This controlled Bootstrap updates the form default, S26 smoke fixture, Compose allowlist, and Security CI scan to the same verified multiarch slim image digest. Backend and frontend fixture assertions move with them, so the product and its scan target stay aligned.The trusted Required Gate intentionally rejects workflow-file changes in ordinary PRs. Before this PR is merged, verify its direct Security CI check and the focused backend/frontend tests, temporarily require that direct check for a normal merge, then immediately restore the original Required Gate rule. The Compose smoke for the final authentication/MinIO change runs on PR #108 after this Bootstrap lands.
Validation: workflow YAML parsed,
git diff --check, targeted backend Environment Lab tests (7 passed), targeted frontend Environment Lab tests (3 passed), fixture HTTP 200 on port 8080, and Grype v0.116.1 with repository policy passed for amd64 and arm64.
