Summary

Cleanup and PR-readiness slice for agent/project rules, Codex context notes, lint tooling, Symfony UX baseline packages, local UX icon validation/locking workflow, and the project-wide render:route Symfony command replacing the old .codex render helper.

• Updated dev/user manuals (dev/manual/*.md / docs/*.md) — dev manual snippets updated; final user docs intentionally deferred

• Project rules, architecture/naming drift, and documentation drift reviewed (see P4 drift audit: architecture, modularity, naming, performance, and Symfony alignment #57) for details
• Follow-up tasks captured in WORKLOG — no new blocking follow-ups from final checks
• Linked issues / discussions
• Updated / aligned translations — no user-facing translation changes; translation key lint passed

Review Notes

Final documentation was intentionally kept light to avoid drift while the feature shape is still moving. The branch is ready for PR review.
