Security Policy

Reporting a Vulnerability

Do not open a public GitHub issue for security vulnerabilities.

Use GitHub private vulnerability reporting to submit a report. Include:

  • Description of the vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Potential impact
  • Any suggested fix (optional)

You will receive a response within 7 days. Once confirmed, a fix will be released as soon as possible and you will be credited in the release notes unless you prefer otherwise.

Scope

This policy covers the job-hunter-kit Python package and bundled workspace templates. It does not cover third-party job boards, LLM providers, or services that Job Hunter connects to.

Supported Versions

Only the latest published release on PyPI is actively maintained.
