Summary
Add natural Simplified Chinese and Japanese versions of the project README, full usage guide, and private HTTP API guide. Keep English as the default README and provide four-language navigation. Align English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese guidance for startup, authentication, SSH, proxy settings, storage and file permissions, persistence checks, current validation, and troubleshooting.
