Clarify TypeScript 0.3.4 skill compatibility and Windows SSH outcomes #32

Description

Background

Python 1.1.1 and TypeScript 0.3.4 are now published. This issue covers only TypeScript skill documentation for the public 0.3.4 patch. Existing Python issue #29 / PR #30 stays separate, and #31 covers unshipped 0.4.0 handoff planning.

The public 0.3.4 release and npm latest=0.3.4 were checked. Its exact source is afed4a5a8945012faf1b23d52cffecb70470a5b3.

Scope

  • Add the explicit public 0.3.4 legacy/successor profile row and fixed-source publication evidence.
  • Preserve the historical 0.3.3 validator result when supplied with runtime identity 0.3.4; distinguish it from the published 0.3.4 guard.
  • Update current setup/skill guidance to recognize the reviewed 0.3.3 and 0.3.4 runtimes without wildcard acceptance.
  • Explain Windows PowerShell SSH native exit-code forwarding and retaining complete validated submission evidence after abnormal transport exits. Partial/malformed output remains uncertain and never authorizes automatic resend.
  • Preserve same-version SSH endpoints, package-manager ownership, separate skill updates, and submission != consumption/ACK.
  • Keep skill metadata 0.2.0 / minimum 0.1.0 / full 0.3.2 and all Python bytes unchanged. Do not include unshipped 0.4.0 support.

Acceptance and limits

  • The canonical TS instructions and TS setup/compatibility guides agree with the public source.
  • Run metadata/link checks, skill validation, isolated lifecycle checks, diff checks and current-head CI/review.
  • Create a separate English docs: PR for human review. No merge, tag, release, publishing, user-installed skill/runtime updates or operations changes.
  • Existing immutable skill release artifacts/pins remain unchanged. Edited instructions are a documentation candidate, not replacement bytes for the previously published 0.2.0 artifact or authorization for a new skill/profile release.
