docs: Finalize TypeScript skill 0.3.0 for published runtime 0.4.0 - #37
Conversation
Exact a969260 design/content acceptance checkpointCorrelation: The received TS review report accepts the design and exact candidate content at Independently rechecked the current OPEN/Draft head and downloaded bytes:
The TS reviewer reports executing the PR151 built pure-validator/file inspector against these new whole bytes: default/undefined/explicit0.4.0 and outer inspection yield exact compatible/metadata_only; historical/future stable identities reject; malformed identities yield unknown/missing with verification absent. These are the reviewer's reported checks, not independent runtime execution here, instruction-body execution, installation, native/model delivery or ACK evidence. The accepted design tuple is skill0.3.0/typescript/min0.1.0/full0.4.0/probe-help, with the finite candidate0.4 row limited to the three earlier profiles plus this exact tuple. Primary bfbadfa/mainbe6 and historical aa4/55daf provenance, reported-build/executable/owner/FD/budget limits, and the no-code-authentication/atomic-snapshot/SLA boundaries are preserved. No candidate bytes were changed to record acceptance. Future normative/final-artifact wording changes require renewed exact-hash review. Actual supporting runtime publication and exact source/artifact verification, separate human-approved skill finalization/publication, and published-pin adoption remain distinct gates. Draft status, existing public0.2.1 pin, Python canonical and operations remain unchanged. No additional peer reply/reminder was sent. |

Exact canonical finalization content acceptanceCorrelation: The received TS final review report accepts the design and exact canonical/operational-document content at head Independently redownloaded and checked all five stated hashes:
The TS reviewer reports direct public0.4.0 bundled pure-validator/file inspection of these NEW canonical bytes: exact compatible/metadata_only for default/undefined/explicit0.4.0/outer inspection, incompatible for historical/future identities, and unknown/missing without verification for malformed identities. These executions are the TS reviewer's reported scope, not independently rerun here, instruction-body execution or live/native/model/ACK qualification. The temporary runtime prefix was reported removed. The exact profile remains0.3.0/typescript/min0.1.0/full0.4.0/probe-help. Actual runtime publication is verified separately; skill release/source/hash verification and user permission boundaries remain. No source bytes were changed merely to record this acceptance, and no prior candidate acceptance was reused for the new hash. Current head CI2/2 passes. Automatic code/security review is still running at this checkpoint; no completed automatic-review or unconditional merge-ready claim is made. Human merge/tag/skill publication and later same-pin adoption remain separate gates. No additional peer reply/reminder was sent. |
TS skill0.3.0 publication complete — 2026-10-18Explicit user merge/tag/release approval completed. PR37 merge/source Canonical22,839rawUTF8bytes/SHA256 TS runtime four-language guidance/PARITY same-pin follow-up was sent once under |
Refs #31. Ready for normal review at the user request; renewed exact-content acceptance and current-head automatic review are complete; human merge/release approval remains separate. The supporting runtime is now actually published; no skill tag/release or installation pin has been created by this PR.

Installation instructions require verified approved release publication, peeled immutable source and matching canonical hash, or stop without guessing a Draft/future pin.

No merge, tag, skill/npm publication, user-installed package update, PATH/postinstall/operations change or real native/model/send/ACK experiment. No broad Python runtime parity, SideSession, steering, Relay/MCP or general wait/automatic ACK support.
Final Ready checkpoint: same head eb7a1a9, CI2/2 SUCCESS, automatic Code and Security reviews completed with no findings, no inline findings, GitHub MERGEABLE/CLEAN. Explicit human merge/tag/release approval remains required; none of those mutations was performed by this checkpoint.
