Summary

Publish Python skill 0.4.0 guidance for the already published Python runtime 1.3.0. The skill now explains optional delivery diagnostics, route presets and recipient bindings, bounded experimental observation, explicit trusted SSH configuration, secret pairing links, and offline runtime-notice preferences.

Minimum CLI compatibility stays at 0.9.1; full published coverage becomes 1.3.0. Receiver codexBin retains its independent 1.0.1 floor. Runtime, Python skill and TypeScript skill versions remain independent. Experimental handoff remains excluded from the baseline/full command coverage; ordinary submission is not consumption or receipt ACK.

  • Update canonical Python instructions and existing English/Korean/Japanese/Simplified Chinese README and usage guides, including immutable runtime links and the new skill pin.
  • Validate explicit localized coverage claims separately from individual feature floors. Add 41 regression tests covering real-document mutations, stale/missing/ambiguous claims, numeric version ordering and malformed versions.
  • Preserve TypeScript canonical instructions, guides and profile bytes.

Source and review evidence

Runtime v1.3.0 resolves to 938630063b69bf6e0ae69d4b11e2095c30f289f4; GitHub and PyPI publication were checked. The runtime maintainer accepted the prior candidate's semantic contract and localized-validator fixes; final published-source comparison found no new semantic blocker. This does not claim live agent, delivery/ACK, fleet or operations qualification.

Read-only translation assistance used the user-requested gemini-3.8-flash-medium model in Antigravity plan/sandbox mode. Reviews covered the four-language Python 1.3 sections and README notices, then finalization excerpts (129.364 s and 103.433 s). Codex validated findings against source, preserved correct independent version/pinning and snapshot semantics, fixed missing localized README links, and clarified the snapshot-source sentence. Those final small corrections were checked by Codex, not a second model run. Earlier candidate translation review used Antigravity CLI 1.4.5; CLI 1.4.6 was observed during release verification. No reviewer edited repository files.

Validation

  • node scripts/validate-skill.mjs --tag v0.4.0
  • node --test scripts/python-coverage.test.mjs: 41/41 pass
  • skill-creator quick_validate.py: pass with PyYAML in a disposable uv environment
  • Skills CLI 1.7.0 discovery and isolated Python skill installation: copied bytes match canonical instructions
  • TS isolated install/update/list/remove lifecycle: pass; Python skill preserved
  • Published-source anchors, localized links/inline-code correspondence, unchanged TS bytes, and git diff --check: pass

No user installation, runtime or operations changes are included. Remote CI and automatic review must pass on this PR's current commit before merge. After merge, validate the exact merge commit, publish annotated v0.4.0 and its GitHub release, then coordinate the separate Python compatibility snapshot from that immutable tag/source/hash.
