What changed in this PR
Updates confd’s unreleased changelog to document five previously merged Dependabot updates. This PR changes documentation only, not dependencies or runtime behavior.
Changes:
- Records AWS ACM, AWS SSM, Kong, and Prometheus client model version bumps.
- Documents the etcd API and both client module upgrades together under #642.

Adds
[Unreleased]entries for the Dependabot PRs merged today: #638, #641, #639, #640, #642. Versions reflect what actually merged after Dependabot's rebases (acm 1.50.6, ssm 1.81.0). The #642 entry also coversclient/v3andclient/pkg/v3, which were bumped in that PR to fix the build.
