[Feature]: Snap Notes to the top-right on title-bar double-click #1100

Description

@Noel-0

What should it do?

Double-clicking an unused part of the floating Notes window's title bar should move the window to the top-right of the display containing most of the window.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Preserve the window's width, height, note contents, and current editing state.
  • Position against that display's visible frame so the window respects the menu bar and Dock. If the window is larger than the usable area, preserve its size and align its top-right corner to the visible frame.
  • Handle only empty title-bar space; exclude traffic lights, title-bar controls, and interactive child views. A single click must keep native window dragging.
  • Let the existing frame autosave persist the new position across hide and reopen.
  • Match Raycast Notes' measured inset and motion where they are directly observable; otherwise use standard AppKit window movement aligned to the visible-frame edge.
  • Add geometry coverage for different display origins, menu-bar and Dock insets, and oversized windows, plus manual checks for dragging, controls, resizing, the switcher, and reopen persistence on another display.

Why does it belong in Tinycast?

Notes is a floating editor used alongside other apps. A predictable corner placement gives people a quick way to arrange it without changing its size or losing the current editing context. This reuses existing window chrome and frame autosave, with no new setting, dependency, or change to Tinycast's general window-management commands.
