The PDF is a build artifact of spec/*.adoc, so committing it was redundant and prone to going stale. Remove it from git (gitignored) and make the spec-pdf workflow publish it as a release asset on v* tags (stable link: releases/latest/download/tn-ctxp-format.pdf).
