docs: rustdoc for events, refund-vault accessors, VDF fallback fields - #811
Conversation
…VDF fallback event fields (accensa#758, accensa#759, accensa#760, accensa#769) Add the /// comments the four issues name, and only those: 13 action symbols in common/events (8 for accensa#758, 5 for accensa#760), the 8 exported getters and admin setters in refund-vault/lib (accensa#759), and the 6 public fields of FallbackDisputeRequestedEvent in refund-policy-vdf/fallback (accensa#769). Every statement is read off the code at that line, including the error each arm returns and who writes each field. Doc comments only - no signature, struct layout, ordering or behaviour change. get_pending_policy reads PendingPolicy directly. The entry remains present after the timelock expires until execute_policy or a replacement removes or overwrites it. Update the comment to reflect that.

Limit the None description to v2 records.
get_refund reads only DataKey::RefundV2, while legacy DataKey::Refund records remain for migration detection. It can return None when only a legacy record exists. Change the description to “when no v2 record exists.”

One PR for the four doc issues because they share a subject — the
///comments therustdoc sweep is missing — and their file-ownership partitions are disjoint: #758 and
#760 both live in
contracts/common/src/events.rsbut hold separate line ranges(
55-76vs79-91), #759 holds 8 lines incontracts/refund-vault/src/lib.rs, and#769 holds 6 fields in
contracts/refund-policy-vdf/src/fallback.rs. All four areassigned to
classikdev. Nothing outside a named line was touched, so this PR can bereviewed as four independent doc additions that happen to share a branch.
