Fix for nextSegment/previousSegment trigger actions. The GoToNextSegment() / GoToPreviousSegment() methods already exist on AnimationEditContext and are already proven to work correctly (they power the keybindings). The storable actions (which back the A_next Segment / A_previous Segment trigger names) just weren't wired to them
