I changed the Python upper bound from <=3.13 to <3.14 so pip accepts Python 3.13 patch releases. The existing lower bound is preserved. I also added Python 3.12 and 3.13 to the Azure matrix and a pip installation check, since the tested uv resolver accepts the original metadata despite that upper bound.
The original wheel is rejected by pip on Python 3.13.1 and 3.13.9. The patched installed wheel passes all 11 existing tests on Python 3.9.6, 3.10.18, 3.11.13, 3.12.11, 3.13.1, and 3.13.9 on macOS arm64. Pip still rejects Python 3.14.7. Original lint, regression tests, and wheel/sdist builds pass. Linux fork CI also passes original lint, all 11 tests, package builds, and installed wheel tests on Python 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13: https://github.com/SproutSeeds/pygt3x/actions/runs/34814758931.
