Dashboard-only observability settings did not carry into newly uploaded Worker versions, so production stopped storing logs after CI activated the updated version.
Enable Workers Logs, invocation logs, and full head sampling in wrangler.jsonc so every deployed version retains the diagnostics needed for webhook failures.
Validated with npm test, npm run check, npm run format:check, and npm run build.
