Addresses #53.
RTC alarm registers do not contain a complete calendar date, but
BCDAlarmTimeRegisterstill has to return a completetime.struct_time. That makes the placeholder year and month look like values read from the device.This adds a note explaining that January 2017 is only a placeholder and identifies which weekday or day-of-month fields are synthesized for weekly and monthly alarms.
