ruby/setup-ruby's bundler-cache installs gems into vendor/ and writes .bundle/config, which left the working tree dirty and made the cut_release and publish lanes fail at ensure_git_status_clean. Gitignore both. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
