Rename Release workflow and make promo screenshots opt-in - #9

Renames the "Release" workflow to "Upload to TestFlight" (it does a TestFlight beta upload, not an App Store submission). Promo screenshots no longer run on every upload — gated behind a `promo_screenshots` boolean input, defaulting to off, since they add build time for no benefit on a routine beta. Releaseworkflow to Upload to TestFlight — it uploads a beta build and distributes to the Testers group; it never submits to the App Store, so the name now matches what it does.promo_screenshotsboolean input on the manual dispatch (default: off), so routine betas skip the extra build time.RELEASING.md updated to reference the new workflow name.
