Fix a ModuleNotFoundError by changing RestoreEntity import from components.restore_state to helpers.restore_state (binary_sensor.py) and updating tests to mock the new helpers location. Bump integration version to 1.2.1 in manifest and update the User-Agent string in sensor.py. Add a changelog entry documenting the fix.
