…ve date (#134) Description This change enhances the existing effective-date flow by adding the new Subscriptions GET API as a fallback when an effective date is not available through the URL. Changes The existing URL-based effective date logic remains unchanged and continues to work as expected. We are not replacing or correcting the previously implemented URL logic. If the effective date is available from the URL, the new Subscriptions API is not called. If the effective date is not available from the URL, the frontend calls the new Subscriptions GET API to retrieve the user's anniversary_date. When the user's price_point is NON_PROFIT, the retrieved anniversary_date is passed as a query parameter to the subsequent GET API to retrieve the required data. The new API also supports an additional query parameter to extract more data. After discussion with the backend team, we are not passing this parameter from the frontend, as the response data is already large and the frontend only requires the price_point and anniversary_date. Since this fallback flow can result in two API calls during the initial page load, it may have an impact on the page's initial-load performance. When the effective date is available from the URL, this additional API call is avoided. Context The new Subscriptions GET API is newly introduced/discussed and was not part of the initial implementation or the earlier discussions around the URL-based effective date logic. Therefore, this implementation should be considered an additional fallback/enhancement to the existing flow rather than a replacement of the URL logic. Resolves: ECOMM-169239
