Ssr flag update

Description

• Changes the variable name from ssrFlag to headAlreadyLoaded
• Removes optional chaining since we load the html directly in the head

Hi @JasonHowellSlavin , thanks for the PR. We will need the SHA-250 also updated for this change to reflect in our frictionless pages where the edgeworkers are enabled to do pre render for performance reasons. Here is a sample PR for references where SHA is updated #83 Could you please add that update also as part of this PR so that you changes reflect on DC pages? Please let me know if any questions.
