Resolves: MWPW-206593
Fix gnav promo, mas-field CTAs hydrate after decoratePromo runs, causing styling classes
watchPromoCtas listens for mas:ready and moves feds-cta and daa-ll classes to the real anchor, then unwraps the mas-field. decoratePromo now skips wrapping CTA links to avoid mismatched header lookups.
