Feature/add testitems #48

This puts unit tests into TestItems.

You can run unit tests from VisualStudio Code.
You can run them with julia cli.jl, where there are command-line arguments to change how long tests run.
You can measure coverage of individual tests now, I think, but I haven't tried that yet.
It also updates the CI/CD just to be recent.
