Alpha 0.3.32: use the current Hegemony crest at launch

Summary

• replace the original Farcaster Mini App splash with the current purple-and-gold Hegemony crest
• use the same crest in the brief pre-React and no-JavaScript opening frames
• publish the 200×200 opaque splash under a content-addressed URL and retire the stale asset
• add exact geometry, opacity, hash, metadata, and fallback regression coverage

No authentication, admission, Terms, Realm authority, database, or persistent world behavior changes.
