Within the same R session we obtain different plots from InferDMAPandRoot when executed multiple times using the same data input, consisting of 10,000 cells representing 14 distinct cell types. We’re seeing the same odd results with other samples containing more than 10,000 cells. Could you please provide some guidance on the possible reasons underlying these results?
