1. go.mod:11
- Draft comment:
The testify dependency has been updated from v1.6.1 to v1.10.0. This update introduces new features and deprecations. Please verify that your test code is compatible with any changes in the testify API (e.g. deprecated functions or altered assertion behavior). - Reason this comment was not posted:
Comment did not seem useful. Confidence is useful =0%<= threshold50%This comment is about a dependency update and asks the PR author to verify compatibility with the new version. According to the rules, comments on dependency changes and requests for verification should be removed.
2. go.sum:132
- Draft comment:
Several new checksum entries for testify (including v1.7.1, v1.8.0, v1.8.4, and v1.10.0) have been added while the old entry for v1.6.1 was removed. Confirm that these checksums match the official release and that they do not introduce any integrity issues. - Reason this comment was not posted:
Comment did not seem useful. Confidence is useful =0%<= threshold50%This comment is asking the PR author to confirm the integrity of checksum entries, which is similar to asking them to double-check or verify something. This violates the rule against asking the author to confirm or ensure things. Therefore, this comment should be removed.

v1.11.1Compare Source
This release fixes #1785 introduced in v1.11.0 where expected argument values implementing the stringer interface (
String() string) with a method which mutates their value, when passed to mock.Mock.On (m.On("Method", <expected>).Return()) or actual argument values passed to mock.Mock.Called may no longer match one another where they previously did match. The behaviour prior to v1.11.0 where the stringer is always called is restored. Future testify releases may not call the stringer method at all in this case. What's Changed
