Update guides that still call Codex unverified
After declaring the native Codex host live-verified here, the current user and operations guides contradict this status: docs/getting-started.md:37 still says Codex host interactions remain unverified, while docs/sites.md:5 and docs/sites.md:7 say Codex behavior is unverified and no external assistant host has connected. Readers following those guides will receive obsolete compatibility guidance, so update them to distinguish the newly verified Codex tool-call path from the still-unverified ChatGPT and model-generated flows.

The compatibility docs still marked Codex as unverified after the live host checks completed. Update the README and verification records with the native Codex 0.159.2 OAuth/MCP results against the public Sites app, including all seven tools, saved revisions, pinned handoffs, idempotent retries and conflict rejection. Add the verified external-browser route for physical security keys.
Validation: assertions over the actual host responses passed; Chrome showed revision 3 and both handoffs after the host writes; relative documentation links and whitespace checks passed. The report distinguishes native-host tool calls from model-generated conversations and ChatGPT client integration, which were not exercised.
