Summary

  • Adds .ai-data-store.json at the repo root, opting this project into ai-data-store's generic log_artifact_entry.py PostToolUse hook (the finance-agent-specific log_finance_entry.py hook it replaced was retired in agb1986/ai-data-store#7).
  • The hook only acts on Bash calls in projects that have this file at their root — without it, every verdict, price check, and portfolio snapshot artifact this agent produces goes unlogged. That's exactly what was happening: the config was never placed here.
  • Content is ai-data-store's own ready-made template (hooks/configs/finance-agent.json), copied in verbatim. Tracking it here (rather than leaving it as untracked host state) means a CasaOS rebuild or fresh clone doesn't silently lose the logging wiring again — it's deterministic, non-secret config, the same category as .env.example.
  • Short README note in the Deployment section explains what the file is for, since a tracked dotfile with no pointer would otherwise be confusing.

Test plan

  • python3 -c "import json; json.load(open('.ai-data-store.json'))" — valid JSON
  • After merge, on the CasaOS host: pull, confirm the hook (once agb1986/ai-data-store#9 is also merged and deployed) logs a real artifact — e.g. run /check-stock and check it lands in ai-data-store's dashboard

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

ai-data-store's log_artifact_entry.py hook only acts on projects that
have a .ai-data-store.json config at their root — this repo never had
one, so every verdict, price check, and portfolio snapshot artifact
this agent produces has gone unlogged since the hook was installed.

The mapping rules are ai-data-store's own ready-made template
(hooks/configs/finance-agent.json there), copied in verbatim and
tracked here rather than left as untracked host-only state, since a
CasaOS rebuild or fresh clone would otherwise silently lose the wiring
again. README points at what the file is for.
