Why
infrastructure #70 decommissioned the dev environment; auth.dev.agentage.io / api.dev.agentage.io no longer resolve. The e2e-live job defaulted to dev.agentage.io and has failed on every PR/push since 2026-08-01.
Change
Revert the gate when a new live e2e target exists.
