feature/m1 was the pre-release prototype line (0.0.1, private). master superseded all of it through the 0.1.x-0.3.2 releases, so every conflict resolves to master; the only surviving content change is a one-line README grammar fix. Merging closes out the branch now that the default branch is master (flipped 2026-08-01 so the Friday release train can fire).
