Leaving open — @typescript-eslint@8.66.0 (bumped in this PR) declares peer typescript@">=4.8.4 <6.1.0", which conflicts with this repo's typescript@^7.0.2 already on main. No fix is possible until typescript-eslint ships a release that supports TypeScript 7.
