I acknowledge this contribution to ARGI; retain each scheduled task's registration manager so provider changes cannot leak the original registration or remove another manager's same-ID task, while preserving public APIs and external manager ownership; add regression coverage for repeated stop, one-time and immediate completion, ID collisions, and registration failure; graph-core tests: 590 tests, 0 failures, 9 skipped; Fixes #214.
