Note: Local tests with agent-template-adk fail.
Assumption: MCP client's internal anyio.create_task_group() conflicts with Starlette's async context management. When the load_tools() method calls await toolset.get_tools() during Starlette lifespan startup, it causes RuntimeError: Attempted to exit cancel scope in a different task.
