Default to hosted Authsome

Summary

Default Authsome clients to hosted Authsome instead of requiring a local daemon-first setup.

Make the hosted Authsome endpoint the default runtime target for new users.
Keep local daemon mode available as an explicit opt-in configuration.
Update CLI help/docs so the default behavior is clear.
Ensure existing local-first installs keep working through migration or config compatibility.

This should clarify the boundary between hosted Authsome and local daemon workflows without removing local development support.

Won't need this. Have added onboard comand with --base-url variable there. The onboarding docs will use api.authsome.ai
