Upgrades the ramen-ai-cmcp review artifact to emit natively signed TRACE v0.2 software-only records.
Validation:
TRACE Level 0 passes all 8 checks with zero skipped checks.
TR-SIG native Ed25519 signature verification passes; the former TR-SIG-005 UNVERIFIED limitation is resolved.
Level 1 intentionally fails only TR-RTE-001 because runtime.platform is software-only rather than a hardware TEE.
Receipt signatures and input bindings are verified before TRACE signing.
The manifest remains tier: community. Please flip it to verified after reproducing the documented checks.
