Summary
Make the reusable Secrets Scan workflow platform- and architecture-aware. It now selects a pinned gitleaks artifact for Linux or macOS, on arm64 or x64, and fails closed for any unsupported OS/architecture.
This enables consumers to route a lightweight required scan to available macOS CI capacity without duplicating shared scanner logic.
Verification
gitleaks 8.21.2.Council: GPT-only, non-gating advisory
macos-route-gpt-sol-2026-07-28recommended a validated, bounded macOS route rather than a Spark-only required gate. Full council quorum was not available.
