The links pointing to repo-template are dead in https://github.com/agntcy/.github/blob/main/profile/README.md, as the respository no longer seems to exist (or doesn't have public permissions)

IMO, we should remove the link to the repo template and change the contributions and CoC to the versions in the governance repo.
